American Eastlake Anglo-Japanese ebonized cabinet with vertically groved back panels, incised line decoration, sawtooth trim, a spindled gallery, bevelled glass door panels and brass hardware all conforming to Charles Eastlake's tenets of simplicity, circa 1875. Excellent condition, two replaced drop balls and keyhole escutcheon, otherwise original. Height 26", Width 17-1/2", Depth 8".
