Pieced and appliqued, hand stitched (a very fine 9 stitches per inch)all cotton "Tulip" quilt, large size 78"x90", circa 1930. Notice that one tulip square has a different color of fabric for the foliage, folk lore suggests that this was done intentionally as "only God is perfect", professionally washed, in excellent condition.
