There is a bullet casing used as the ferule (bottom tip) . It may have been brought back to the U.S. by a soldier from the Korean or Vietnam War. The handle is a well carved head of a dog with glass eyes and wearing a hat made of a hard wood.The collar appears to be brass. Rare walking stick known as a " Bobbie" cane in which the top has a whistle which was supposed to be used to signal for help from a London Policeman ( "Bobbie")..
